If you want to check whether you are promoted or not for this cycle, follow the steps below-
Login to your workday portal >>> On the top right corner click on profile >>> Click on view profile >>> On the left side you can see Actions button under your name, click on it >>> Click on Organisation >>> You will get one dialogue box with title as Role Assignments for Worker Position. In this, select the effective date as 01/03/2024 >>> In the position drop-down box check your role whether it is changed or not. P.S- If your designation has changed that means you are promoted starting from March 1, 2024 or else not.
I don't see the role but I have completed the school 2🥲. Is there anything I can do or who should I talk to about it
Try talking to your people lead mentioned on Performance and Rewards Accenture portal, she/ he might be able to give you clarity on this. But FYI, I cleared School-1 and didn't got the promotion in Dec 2023 and am getting it now. So, I guess you would need to wait for this June cycle.
I'm guessing your promotion is based on techleap only and not the default one?
