Can someone explain what is meant by last date of assessment window mentioned in point 3.
For those who have gotten the promotion through techleap did you complete the whole ASE year 1 and year 2 course or just earned a batch??

Should've been in a project and not on bench 6 months before the last date of Techleap assessment. Generally, if you've completed Techleap, you are eligible for promotion after 1 year and almost all cases go through unless there is some real budget constraints.
