I cleared school 1 and I'm eligible in every criteria they mentioned in a mail and said I will be eligible for promotion from Sept 1st. But till now my manager or lead didn't discuss that at all. What does that mean? I will not get a promotion? If I'm eligible for promotion where can I see that? Please help me

If your manager hasn't discussed it, you're likely stuck in the corporate black hole. Keep pestering them until you get a clear answer. Promotions aren't handed out on a silver platter.
