I am a fresher who joined Accenture in Aug 2023. I got shadow hard locked in April 2024. But I have written the Techleap School 1 exam in March itself. In July I got an email that I have successfully completed the Techleap School 1. Will I get promotion or is there any eligibility criteria to get promotion?
This is the eligibility criteria for fast track promotion for Sep'24 cycle. All ASEs who meet the following criteria are eligible for fast-track promotion from Sep'24 onwards: • MAL of 12 months or more as on 1st Sep'24 • Successful completion of Techleap/Specialization assessment by 30th May'24 • Completed Year 1 journey of ASE Professional Advancement program and earned at least one Industry foundation badge Heathe 1 levies contends tiere die intern of are le ene A motive CaptiM raes, Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, Natural Resources) by 30th May'24 • Has at least 6 months of tenure in a chargeable role (excluding shadow) as on last date of assessment window • Feedback from the project on performance and contribution. Please note: For these Sep'24 timelines, the tentative results communication will be by end of Jun'24
