Thanks for your time for seeing my post. Recently I have received an email from techleap that I have cleared my techleap. So will I get promotion or is there any politics gonna play even after receiving passing email from techleap?
Your assistance would be appreciated.
There is a criteria for promotion.
- Completed one year in Accenture and atleast 6 months in project excluding shadow.
- You should clear techleap any school.which u already did.
- You should complete your tech express way journey - Year 1
- Finally and Most important your PL feedback. He should push your name for promotion. So check with ur PL abt ur fasttrack promotion.
Nothing is certain brother, I have passed techleap 2 cycles ago, still no promotion. But some of the people ik got promoted the very next cycle. Too many things come into effect .
I discussed it with my DU Lead. He said the Central team decides whom to promote and he can't do anything. You should complete all training and have good feedback.
