Trending @Accenture; Techleap and variable pay

I joined in July 2023. Right now I am working on the project as well. A few days ago I registered to Techleap School 1 Microsoft Power BI and my TL was approved too. Still, I didn't get any information regarding my techleap from the techleap team. When I'll get information about techleap.

How much variable pay I'll receive in may end. My current ctc is 3.47 LPA.
