I took my techleap school 1 exam on 28th March 2024 and school 2 on 6th August 2024 and my joining date was 17th October 2023. Can anyone tell me when will I get my results and for which promotion cycle I'm eligible??? And what can be the next step from my end??

Results usually take 4-6 weeks. For March and August exams, expect results by May and October. Promotions align with June and September cycles. Complete mandatory courses and stay in touch with your manager.
