What are the promotional aspects for a techbee working in a project. Considering I've been working from past 2 years now, how long would it take to advance from software engineer to senior software engineer and onwards. Any rough estimations?
If you get consecutive 2 EP or DP ratings, you'll get promoted to Senior SWE and same after that to Technical Lead...
Oh, thanks buddy. By the way we're two techbee's in a project with kind of same performance and ratings. Therefore is there any chance for getting promotion since for salary increment even you would have experienced a slang from HR that we are techbee's fixed increment till bond completion.
Like the above comment said, if you get good performance and manager recommends for promotion, you'll get it. Promotion doesn't necessarily mean you'll get your salary increase with it. Title is for namesake tbh.
