Trending @HCL; TechBee(Clueless)
I'm a techbee getting paid 2.2lhk per annum it's been over a year and I have around 2 years work experience in the company, ik c, python , html and css which I learned personally ( almost intermidiate level ) and from hcl, since for my training they randomly put me into adminstration, I learnt azure, windows ad ent and networking.
The project that I'm currently put into ( administration, password reset, account unlock etc etc ) can be done by an 8th grader by watching the internet and all my skills are getting wasted for absolutely nothing. I'm put into DFS and can't change it no matter what. Project change completely is upon the manager's hands and that too because of the low headcount I'm stuck in here...
Don't know what to do.. waste my next 3 years in the office till I complete my degree managing the work pressure and management drama? Sure why not .. no college life anyways
(Ps: not mentioning the project name since I absolutely hate dramas )
Techbees is so designed to get maximum squeeze from a person . I have seen a lot of techbees are having a lot of issues, but they don't speak ,since their graduation is at stake..
It is looking like that but hcl only have this type of work to provide you ,I say drop off and join a college if your finance allows.
I believe Techbee is now legal IT slavery at least for some
Every freaking person it doing this in hcl and i feel underemployed i also know mern and web designing they do not disclose the real work at the time of hiring administration work is all what their job description says and they put into voice aur chat support real bakchod , and then u cant leave the company bcz of bond really frustrated!!@
