Tech vs non-tech company

I have 2 offers. One from a tech company and another from a non-tech company for SDE1 backend.

The non-tech company is offering me more pay. Significantly more.

Does working in a tech company offer you any sort of edge over working with a non-tech company? The non-tech company has good WLB. Not sure of the tech company though.

Care to share company names?

I think at SDE 1 level you shouldn't be too worried about a few lakhs here and there. Imagine after 10 years of experience, which one would give you the work and growth? It's definitely a tech company.

Depends what you are looking out for.
If you want work pressure env with learnings and fast deliverables, fintech If you want to have an ease out life, non tech would be a better option
