Tech Mahindra opportunity - Scrum Master,, I’ve received an opportunity with Tech Mahindra for a Scrum Master role, and the project is with SBI (State Bank of India).
Could anyone share insights about Tech Mahindra’s work culture, environment, management, growth opportunities, and team collaboration?
Also, if anyone has experience working on the SBI project, I would appreciate your thoughts about the project environment, expectations, and overall experience.
If you are in peace in current job then don't join TechM. If u have other offer which is paying u lower than TechM then do consider that and join their.
I am working at TechM, it's not a good company like other MNC. Their management, work culture, toxicity at its peak. U will feel u r working at call centre every day. And in terms of project, TechM doesn't have good reputation in client project and because of that they do micromanage and client also target TechM employee specific without any knowledge even u r working well. Just because TechM has built this kind of reputation over the years and they don't have good management who is sitting at position for more than 15+ years.
