
Tech Mahindra Notice Period: HR Asking for Early Release — Need Advice
I’m currently serving notice in Tech Mahindra. HR recently asked if I can agree to an early release, saying they will waive the remaining notice period and pay the notice pay. They also asked me to confirm the early LWD within a week, even though I haven’t agreed yet.
I replied asking them to share everything in writing— • Exact compensation amount for remaining notice period • Confirmation that experience/relieving letters won’t be affected • Timeline for FnF and compensation credit
Has anyone in TechM faced something similar? Is it better to accept early release only if everything is clearly confirmed in writing, or should I simply serve the full notice period?
Looking forward to suggestions from people who have dealt with this.
