Tech Mahindra F&F showing negative after early release – anyone faced this?

I was released early from Tech Mahindra after HR discussion, where I was told I wouldn’t need to pay notice period amount. Now the system-generated F&F is showing negative due to notice period recovery. I’ve raised this with HR/Payroll for clarification. Has anyone faced a similar situation? Did it get corrected via reprocessed or supplementary F&F?
