Tech Mahindra early release worries! Hey everyone, Looking for advice from anyone who's been through this at Tech Mahindra.
HR emailed, saying they've already given 2+ weeks and asked me to confirm early release with the last working day as December 8th, 2025. They also mentioned payment of the remaining notice and waiver of unserved notice.
I'm worried because a friend was called into a room and asked to sign an early-release doc immediately, stating "employee is voluntarily opting for early release." He didn't get time to review it.
I have loans & financial commitments, so I can't sign unless I get clear written confirmation of: • full compensation for the remaining notice • timeline of payment (preferably this month) • exit benefits unchanged
