Tech Mahindra – F&F settlement issue due to option selection

Hi all, Looking for guidance from anyone who has faced a similar situation at Tech Mahindra. During my exit process, an incorrect option was selected during settlement processing, due to which my Full & Final settlement was initially generated as negative. It was later reprocessed and adjusted, but around ₹1 lakh is still pending and was not credited as part of the final settlement. I have received my relieving and experience letters, and there is nothing pending from my side. I have raised tickets and followed up, but I am not getting a clear written breakup or closure timeline. Has anyone faced a similar issue due to incorrect selection during processing? What is the best next step — further internal escalation or legal/labour route?
