Hi all this might be a repeated question but a lot of noise I heard saying promotion happens only on dec and june so if we clear tech leap the fast track promotion happens every quarter or only in June and dec because what I heard tech leap promotion happens every quarter.
Tech leap is a scam, don't count on tech leap for promotion, your relationship with the manager and team lead and the work you put in on a daily basis will decide your promotion.

Anna some of my friends got promoted by tech leap so that's why na anyway people say the same
Hey, Last I knew even after clearing techleap, you will get promotions normally like in Dec or June cycle. It doesn’t happen quarterly!
Tech leap results are also considered for every quarter, so if you pass then March could be a timeline where you will be promoted …. Default promotion for level 12 without clearing tech leap is ideally 24 months
