Trending @Accenture; Tech leap scam!!
I've completed tech leap assessment and received results after getting my hike and vp. And I'm damn sure i would have scored more 90%. I just got 20 questions and all of them are from dumps only so i already prepared for everything. But still i got scope to develop. This is frustrating....
Plot twist - even if you clear techleap you wont be promoted.
Truee I have cleared 1 and 2 but did not promoted yet
Same i cleared my exam still i an not promoted they said they will promote me in sept cycle and then in dec cycle and here i am. No promotion. Why do they even create such things if they don’t want to. Ughhhhhhhh

1000% true. In my tech leap school me and my friend(she) opted for same school and we both received same questions. And we both gave same answer. We both sit side by side and we completed it. But she completed it and I got scope to develop . How the hell is it possible. Without losing hope i attended school 2 and 3. And received result as scope to develop after 4hrs of receiving my hike and vp. This clearly tells that promotion is not based on tech leap result. Tech leap result is based on our promotion and gender 🤦. SHAME ON ACCENTURE
In my project they prioritize men only 😐 or I can be specified they are regional biased.
This happened to me in 2021! I can assure you it's true, bro! Had a tough fight with the manager. But I can tell you nothing will change even if you rant, crib or do whatever you want. Leadership will do what they want.
Yeah.. Techleap is a scam.. I was also sure that my all answers are correct still got scope to develop. The one who are the least intelligent are clearing the exam and the ones with knowledge are getting scope to develop.
Yes Bro, techleap is just a scam. If your manager want you to promote, you will get promoted after 1 year. And once you get promoted, techleap result will be marked as passed.
I have experienced same. I opted for a difficult course during techleap 1 and was not sure on answers. But still got promoted and result was successful. For school 2, I opted relatively easy AWS fundamentals and as you said all questions were from dumps and all were correct. But I still received result as scope to develop means fail.
And that is the reason that LKM doesnot disclose techleap marks to anyone.

Yes even I was very much confident but got scope to develop after waiting 4 months for the results
True, I was also very confident that I am going to pass this but they mailed me Scope To Develop. They are just faking it and giving it a reason for no promotion
Just Accenture things. They will promote whenever they want to irrespective of performance
