Just now received tech leap school 3 results and I have successfully failed in all three schools 🕺🕺🕺🕺
What happens now, default promotion is the only option now?
After finishing 2 years at Accenture, depending on your project feedback and your manager, you will be promoted.
Bro which type of default promotion is this?? They named it as default but that also require feedback
That's what happened to my colleague after failing all techleap exams. He asked the same question to our manager.
Our manager replied, even after qualifying techleap, it is 50% on the feedback and 50% on exam results.
But what I felt is - everything is internal, techleap is only chance to get a fast promotion and that chance can be put down by manager.
Yupp default promotion happens after 24months i.e., 2 years. Feedback and all goes on but if you’re performing normally then for sure default promotion will be given to you.
Ps: I too didn’t clear techleap and got promoted after 2 years 🙂
Same case. Now only hope is the default promotion at the end of 2 years of MAL.
The whole TechLeap Program is a scam. For stupid quizzes they give marks here they only say scope to develop.
Poor company can't even give proper hikes, promotions no chance. Even if I got 100% I would have still got Scope to Develop.
TechLeap is the only way for Fast Track Promotion. I got promotion after completing my TechLeap school 1 only
I have completed my school 3 in September 2023 , anything i can expect in this cycle as i haven’t received anything in December 2023 cycle
