Failed first tech leap and written second test today (26/11) but my ASE frnds(oct17 OB) got promoted in dec , if I pass in today(26/11/2024) test when the result will be published and when will I get promoted in case if they ready to promote I heard there will be default promotion in June 2025 for all ASE not sure within 1.5 years of exp not completing 2 yrs, PLEASE SHARE YOUR INSIGHTS FOR THE ABOVE

Tech leap results are also considered for every quarter, so if you pass then March could be a timeline where you will be promoted …. Default promotion for level 12 without clearing tech leap is ideally 24 months
