You need to pass in only 1 school, be it your 1st, 2nd or 3rd.

Depends when did you clear exam. If it was outside of appraisal window where discussions were frozen then may be next agile cycle ( if it is there) or year end. If you are lucky and closed this in March may be have a shot in June. Good to check with your HR Rep or supervisor

Is it possible? To directly go to hr rep and ask say them about techleap result that I have passed and ask them whether I'll be getting promotion this June cycle
