Tech Lead to solution Architect

am a tech Lead going to join an organisation where I will be reporting directly to business head and manager will be reporting to me.

Have never handled such a big responsibility don't know how will I handle such a big responsibility in terms of communication, leadership, technical things can be managed.

Can someone guide on this?
