Tech companies hiring process for product designers in Mumbai

Step 1: Ask the candidate to complete a complex and time consuming assignment in 24-48 hours (can't take more). Assignment is always a redesign or an entire new page/dashboard for their own product, that too should be responsive. Step 2: Ghost the candidate and behave like nothing happened, don't reply to emails and calls from the candidate, just ignore.
