Hi, I work as frontend developer with 1.5 YOE. I am not at all interested in web development. I am excited to learn ETL , data, databricks kinda tech including cloud. How do I make it possible to learn and change my primary skill such that i can ask for roll off to get into perfect ETL related project as developer.
