Just google "twitter scrapper" You will get loads of no-code and code options there.
There is a chrome xtension too (https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/x-twitter-scraper/cedomiiokkcmbeoekchahgmfcppnclal) but I have never used it. If you know basics of python and html parsing, you can build a simple scrapper within a few hours.

Used to be super easy before Elon came and made it super hard to do this. Now all the twitter API sites are gone or don't work anymore
