Teamcenter PLM or get into new Technology

Hi all,

Have around 3-4 years of experience in other PLM technology. Is it better to pursue career in Teamcenter PLM in this situation (considering siemens PLM is better amongst the other PLM)? Or better to do something like Full stack Java or Data science ?

Kindly suggest.
