Trending @Accenture; Team politics or Something else?

I hve been working on some x project for Months initially I don't like this project bcz of it is a support kinda project but when layoffs were started for bench people i used to choose this last option to join in this project. From then till now i gave all my best to this project, when nov promotion cycle my TL sent me mail that my performance was not good frm then i did work without any leaves i gave my best hard to impress my TL still they didn't consider me in this june cycle for promotion. At least they have to give me full variable pay but not a 10% also they haven't. In between these things in the project some other people are asking my teammate to drop an escalate mail on me. Don't know why they're doing like this. Now, they're adding new things to work on i lost an interest totally.
