Trending @Accenture; Team of 150+ folks dissolved

I am part of a team in Accenture S&C. The whole team was dismantled as roughly 30-40% people were on bench for many months. The future was so bleak that they had to dissolve the team and move everyone to different teams.

This is Accenture’s silent way of saying, please resign so that we have to pay you severance.

Obviously, our promotions are delayed by 1 year minimum. No one will promote us in the new team just like that.
