Team member doesn't work

So I am working as an intern in a company,we are team of 2 members,we are working on a project . And she (other team member) doesn't work on project much and even if she does ,then copy pastes chatgpt's generic code ,and it's doesn't look good. I tried telling her and she says "I don't know this ,that's why " And yesterday I asked what will you do next ,she says" I don't know react native so I can't do anything " ,now what do I do ,I could do the project all by myself,but it will take time ,and I also need to study for placements. Do I report her to manager ?
