Team Leader Allocation reduced - C3A grade
Hi yesterday my team leader got mail that his allocation was reduced from 30 NOV to 7 sept and he is billable in the project also. No explanation from senior management and HR also why they do that.
The team leader told me that they are checking every associate whose grade is above c2 in which the Business unit head needs multiple approval to keep resources in the project
I was surprised when this happened. How to fix this situation can anyone from senior management can help us please🙏
There is still some time till 7sep. Yes this is happening to many, even worse for some. Please request his supervisor and unit rmg to make strong business case for his requirement in project, preferably TnM, and seek approvals. There is no other way.
My grade is C2 here and I don't know how to approach these issue to senior management
