If we stop to join in tcs means, automatically something will happen. because more people easily they can allocate the project for their client with low cost salary . So if more people are not there, then automatically project will go to other vendor. Compare to tcs , all other companies are more than good. For Tata , money is not necessary but why they are doing for all these to employees ? So kindly spread don’t join in tcs…

Hypothetical statement but just Think abt this "not giving a raise to 6 lakh employees and with that money, not firing 1000 employees". You know about the global situation created in the industry.
