Everyone in the company kinda knows this, but no one says out loud.

CTO(H) has some thing for taking only female interns/new joiners for drinks. "Always girls in 1:1 only". Saying it’s just friendly catching up and all, but come on yaar.

Acts like he’s nice guy and all, and somehow everyone just buying it or acting like they don’t know. Some people even left because of this. Leadership is fully aware. Just not bothered.

If you’re a girl, just be careful. If someone is planning to join, better tell them not everything is so good here, culture is bad.
