
TCS's bench policy has now changed. Those who have been on the bench for more than 120 days are being targeted first || Real Incident
This month, I received a call from HR for a discussion. During the HR discussion, the HR told me that I’ve been on the bench for five months and that I haven't found a project, nor has the company been able to find one for me. They said – whether it’s RMG’s fault or yours, we believe it's time to end this relationship. You have only two choices – either we will terminate you, or you can resign.
So, I submitted my resignation. Within a week, I received my full and final settlement – three months’ salary, earned leave (EL), and within 10 days I also received my resignation acceptance letter, service letter, and full and final letter.
This is a real incident. So, to those who don’t want to leave TCS, please make sure to get into a project as soon as possible. Otherwise, the company will pressurize you to resign.
