Tcsers need your help on this HR and Manager issue
I have my manager’s approval for work from home from 21st to 28th. But HR and my supervisor are asking for medical documents. I first tried to apply under personal exigency, but it only allows 3 days. So, I applied under the flexible work option and submitted my medical documents from February and last month.
Now HR is saying the documents are old and asking for a recent medical report. I spoke to my doctor about it, but the doctor said I need to attend multiple sessions before they can give me a proper report.
Just to explain, I’ve been facing anxiety and depression since February. On my first visit (Feb 1st), the doctor gave me antidepressants and anxiety medicine. In the second appointment, the doctor told me to continue the same medicine. Since the medicine didn’t help much, the doctor also told me to consult a psychologist.
I’ve already submitted all the medical prescriptions I have. But I don’t have a full report yet. Please let me know how I can proceed or if the documents I submitted are enough.
These all anxiety and depression are becoming common after vaccinations, change your place, better travel or take a break
I didn't get the location which i needed i am in different location which is far away from my hometown. I also asked for relocation my manager didn't allowed
Donot submit anything and donot tell this to your organization, take a leave without pay if required after you finish your earned and sick leaves.
I am not in the situation to take leave without pay, i just release from this project in frustration i just mailed for my manager this morning to release me from the project
