TCSers in Canada, UK enjoying onsite perks for years now

TCSers in Canada, UK are enjoying onsite perks for decades now with no home coming in sight.. they are full with ego and treat Indian counterparts as sh*t... why can't we force them to enforce policy of home coming every 2 years and sending new people onsite.

I have known people who have gotten their spouses with no relevant experience cosy TCS onsite jobs and based in Canada for years now.

That's because most of them must be in some legacy projects which never end. Such projects are only good for onsite
