Adding to that more and more work coming from management. Too much micromanagement. Top of that work on hacathons apart from your 12 hour hectic work. That too knowing today may be your last day at work.

All are in stressful situations.
Office going is mandatory and at office, you ll see everybody is depressed and frightened for their career by hearing couligue/others layoff.
It's a tough time for all, who are in RMG or who are waiting when their number will come.
Not sure if it's in TCS only or at other companies too. But the situation is not good and not sure when things are going to be normalised.
When are they not in stress 😬
