Got email asking to return to office from next month. 3 days WFO, 2 days WFH. How's it in your project? Any way to stay full WFH?

Depends on client. Some still allow 100% WFH.

Those default training courses are usually pretty meh. Talk to your manager and ask for something that’s actually relevant to your role. No point wasting time on generic stuff that doesn’t help you grow or improve your skills.

WFO has its benefits. Networking, better collaboration.

Try talking to your manager about exceptions to policies or any issues you might be facing. They might be more flexible than you think, especially if you bring it up in the right way.
