These deals hardly make a difference, there are many such deals that will come. Mostly the project will be extremely elongated and so the budget will be split year by year. Then a big onsite team with many useless seniors will be onsite that will enjoy and consume the planned budget and then the juniors in offshore will be overworked and will quit. Then they will send multiple senior managers onsite just to please the customer. That's how the game is.
