Tcs whistleblower & HR action
My project juniors scammed a lot of people in tcs in the name of a business which is later revealed as MLM. It has affected a lot of people within the organisation. If complained in tcs whistle blower will they take appropriate action? Is it a violation according to tcs policy and code of conduct?
What do you expect from HR? Organization wont give a shit to such cases, unless it is effecting TCS Business in any way.
Imagine your employees not cooperating and being hostile to one another
People are doing it mostly in tcs because of flexible bench period and job security
Even we have lost money on this qnet fraud during early days of our career. It's a scam at such a big level within tcs.

I had checked and tcs doesn't bother about this and these are your so called friends who rob u of money in the name of shady business.
