TCS WFO policy
I received an offer from TCS, I’m considering joining them but my only concern is that in TCS WFO is mandatory and weekly 5 days we have to go to office. Is this 100% mandatory or not, also what would happen if we go only 3 days to office a week??

It is as mandatory as it gets. They have been calling folks to work from office daily with no exceptions. My friend keeps complaining that login is not flexible at all. They have to stay in office for the who duration, not just 3.5 like infy

Whole*

Do not accept the offer form TCS . You will get some good offers elsewhere.WFO will be linked to salary and if you don't go they will deduct salary , sounds pathetic right ? First they pay less ...second they ask you to apply leave on the day you are not in the office (still you have to work on that day ). Once your leaves are finished they will deduct pay. Looks like C grade 3rd quality rules .

WFH in TCS is mandatory you will not get WFH until a strong medical reason. Thay deduct variable pay if you do not come to office

Is it possible to extend our DOJ by one month? I read in OL that offer is only valid for 120 days. So my question is can we extend our DOJ by one month if it falls over 120 days since receiving and accepting the OL

After accepting the offer the validity of the offer is max 120 days. Within that you have to join. If you fail to join thy will check for other candidate.
WFO in TCS is mandatory for 5 days in week. If you work 3 days WFO they will deduct your variable pay

The WFO is mostly linked to variable pay... If you will the variable pay according to the attendance
