WFH should be allowed depending on the weather we are facing in India right now....

Have been working from home since COVID, but in this summer which had temperatures soaring to 41-42C, was asked to come to the ofc. It was shocking actually and so u cannot expect what u said.

My real work is for a US client in the eve. That i do from home. I go to an ODC 5 mts from my place for couple of hours daily to kill some time.

no reason, just don't want to go to a different city and pay exorbitant rents along with all the pain of settling with family. iam anyway planning to leave soon so just hanging in there until then

I had just for 1 month but I didn't went still my project was dependent on me they know if I leave they are in trouble. Nobody bothered me a lot after 2 years when they started bothering me I replied with Resignation mail next day. I thank God I have the offer in hand with decent hike
Now that the bands are out, is it required to follow the WFO mandates??
