They have the legal backing with policies and I have seen management saying “you can leave if you are not satisfied with the band”.

This is absolutely meme material!! They declared that 75% of employees will work from home by 2025, and before even 2025, they reverted that and now claiming everyone to come to office all 5 days!! I mean not even Hybrid, but all 5 days!...
