Did anyone attend any TCS walk-in interview for experienced professionals in the past 2 months? If so let me know the process and outcome.
In walkin if you pass the technical round Hr session happens in same day. For me I attended a walkin in Kolkata in Feb 2025 and got selected. Hr asked to update all details in TCS Ibegin portal. After 15 days ctc was negotiated in a telephonic call and finally got the offer letter in portal in 3-4 days. I was getting 20 lpa in Accenture for 9 years exp. TCS offered me 26 lpa which had 2.5 quarterly variable. Role offered C3A. I researched and found out TCS pays 30-40% of this variable actually for C3A and higher roles even with best rating. Eventually I got much better packages close to 30 lpa and joined another organisation. In the last month of notice pay bid will happen for you if you are technically sound
