TCS vs Reality

It’s been 3.5 years been associated with TCS, my manager , program manager and delivery manager didn’t valued my effort and dedication. This time I got 4% hike.

I prepared for 3 months cracked many interviews now I have offer of 22 LPA where as TCS provided me 10.4 LPA with 10 years of experience.

Time to wake up and get ready!! Switch is the only key to succeed
