Trending @Infosys; TCS vs Infosys
Hey everyone, I am currently working at Infosys for the past 2.5 yrs(current CTC is 8.76). The WLB is good and the work is also decent. I have good team and coworkers. But I recently received an offer from TCS for the role of associate consultant with a ctc of around 12.
I may go to MS in August but that is if I do not get a good job(CTC around 20). I was thinking about turning in my notice and keep applying for jobs in these 90 days but I haven't started any DSA practice yet. With the current job market in mind is it a good move to shift to TCS now?
Are there chances of getting a good job?
What do you people suggest?

Off topic: How come 8.76 current CTC? It's 7 at the time of joining. 7.6 after 1 year and will be 8.3 or 8.4.
Maybe show your TCS offer to your HR and ask for a raise?

But i haven't received the offer letter fromTCS yet. Although salary discussion and all documents are uploaded, they aren't responding to my mails, calls.
Have you also experienced this ? It been 3 weeks since they last called me for docs
