TCS vs Infosys

Hi , my frnd is in tcs with ctc of 22 lacs per annum and he got an offer from Infosys as a Lead Consultant with ctc of 25 lacs including 20% variable. Please suggest if he should join infosys or stay with tcs?

Not a worthy package to switch. A total of 3lakhs difference and that too 20% variable doesn’t makes sense at all.
