Tcs vs Deloitte USI?
Hi everyone, I’ve got an offer from Deloitte USI. It’s been 3 years at Tcs working in the same project from beginning doing development using Java SpringBoot. Now what I’ve heard at Deloitte is that I may be have to work at shifts and it’s a Operations and Support kind of role. I’ve got an hike of 100%. What should I do ?

If u didn't get join there but don't stop tha self improvement and after working for a year or so make a switch and in the interview mention them u worked as a developer as you are supporting in Java only.

Why are u switching from dev to support?right now u r seeing 100% hike but later u might feel bad,dev will have good pay.or are u not interested in development?
When I gave the interview it was never told to me that it’s a operations and support role. I got to know it after the HR round.
