Tcs vs Deloitte USI ?
Hi everyone, I’ve got an offer from Deloitte USI. It’s been 3 years at Tcs working in the same project from beginning doing development using Java SpringBoot. Now what I’ve heard at Deloitte is that I may be have to work at shifts and it’s a Operations and Support kind of role. I’ve got an hike of 100%. What should I do ?
It depends on your interest. If you are keen to work on development, start looking for other companies. Else if you are more inclined for more package and not much on development or technology, you can go for Deloitte which is a good brand.
If you are male and not married and no child and no dependency on you from family, then you can explore things. Except night shift, any other shift is generally okay, you won't face much traffic issues in morning or afternoon shifts. Deloitte also not like tcs i guess, they will pay you for shifts , extra money may be. Overall if it is a good technology with future job prospects, then shifts are not deal breakers.
