I have worked in both the companies...TCS is better in every sense. Cognizant is no longer what it used to be.
7-8 years back CTS was good. But now policies got changed. I worked both the companies. I feel TCS is safe than CTS.
TCS is good if you have good salary and you don’t want to take much pressure on your work. If you have lack of skills that’s fine but you should have some shoe licking skills for manager
CTS on any day. I joined tcs at 3.36 and after 3 years it’s 3.42. Had one D band and a C band. One of my friends got “A” band both year he is at 4.9. My college mate joined CTS at 4 and after 3 years he is at 8.2 with giving the fucking exam digital. CTS has 3 day wfo and without much important to formal wear. In Tcs it’s other way around. See for yourself which is better.
In kolkata not much option other than TCS and CTS... Also depends on years of exp and role...
Well it actually depends on the project and the people you'll work with. Better to go for the higher package.

Bhaai paisa jo de raha he join that, if you dont feel right after joining change with another, dont think twice on rhis, companies are not you parents or wife to feel safe with them... only stupid think that way
