Currently I am serving notice period here, i have 2 offer from TCS and Accenture.

My current CTC is 12.4 with 10% vp.

TCS offering 18 with 1.56 l vp

Accenture offering - 15.5 + 3l vp

Which one should be good option to join.

Approx how much in hand will be there.
