Suggestion : go for accenture as you will move out of your comfort zone and will experience & learn new things .

Accenture pays very less variable pay. So only consider the fixed pay. Resign anyway and find a better offer during NP.

Join accenture, consider TCS as your retirement company, because other companies recruiting ex employees but TCS won't do that. Just experience with all companies and gain your experience as well as salary, finally retirement time settle with TCS, in terms of job security and decent work life balance.
